Most visitors come to Muhu to enjoy the peace and calm that our Island has to offer. This does not mean however that your stay is going to be boring. To the contrary! After the burden of a hectic citylife has slipped from your shoulder be surprised how interesting and varied Muhu is. It just waits to be discovered; slowly and gently.

Cooking classes Muhu is becoming a paradise for foodies. Bespoke cooking classes are offered by Pädaste Manor and Nami Namaste.
Guided tour of the Island Katrin Tüür and Kadri Tüür are two excellent personal guides. Kadri Tüür is not only the director of the Muhu Museum but guides in her spare time as well. Katrin is very knowledgeable about past and present Muhu and has been a personal guide to many visiting heads of state. Since every guest on Muhu is a king in his own right, she will happily guide you as well.
Horseback riding Martin Kivisoo of the Tihuse riding stables has helped to revive the nearly extinct Estonian horse. When landing on one of Muhu's many small Islets while boating, you might come face to face with the herds of horses that live there in semi wilderness. If you prefer a sadlle and a guide instead, then we recommend to book a riding trip at Tihuse Hobuturismitalu . Both Tihuse and Pädaste Manor offer multiple-day riding arrangements.
Massage Raivo and Aili Õige offer bioenergetic massage and a sauna at their Kalda healthfarm.
Painting classes
Visit to the Ostrich farm A rather exotic collection of animals are kept by Elmet and Helena Erik; ostrich, emu's, nandu's, kangaru's! The Ostrich is actually raised for its great meat. The Muhu Ostrich Farm also has a small shop where you can buy your ostrich related souvenirs, ostrich oil products and even a steak or giant eggs for your BBQ...... Kids love the farm!
Weaving classes The Männiku Handicraft Barn offers workshops to learn the old technigue of weaving on a loom.
